It would only be worth it though if the owner actually gave a statement that the car was taken without consent - because obviously the perp just needs to say he did have permission. Remarkably it was dropped back off at his house unscathed and the keys left... You would think, at the very least, the police would therefore want to find who the people in the video were because not only have they committed an assault, but also TWOCing.</p> <p>But no.
