The short answer appears to be 'no'. Spotted sparks coming out form the side of it today about 6-10 feet from the top, looks like someone was inside cutting around - 30 minutes later and a crane had lifted the section away.</p> <p>I wonder if they're going to work all the way down the tower like that?</p> <p>Photo is taken through glass and blinds at work, and then taken by my phone of the image on the LCD screen of my camera. So. Er. Not the clearest.
