<description>&#60;p&#62;Wobbly cyclists  calm traffic?  &#34;She slowed her car down immediately to about 35km/h and moved a bit over to the left to safely pass the “erratic” cyclist. &#60;strong&#62;She then cursed at cyclists for their bad riding skills&#60;/strong&#62;&#34;. My bold. He presumes the cursing was aimed at him but he wrote &#34;she then cursed at cyclists&#34;, the general term, not the specific &#34;me&#34; or even &#34;the wobbly &#60;strike&#62;woman&#60;/strike&#62; man&#34; but at cyclists in general. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Yes, that's just the kind of reaction you want to encourage. And it's hardly the basis for a policy.&#60;/p&#62;
