Probably not a bad call, even if it is disappointing to have any closures. Luxury. Not clear which parks they are closing (seven that have come to the end of their usefulness apparently). What will happen to these derelict parks? Could they become derelict parks for teenagers to hang out in rather than the upgraded parks getting trashed (according to the quote about Harrison Gdns on the article)?.
