http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/ CityCyclingEdinburgh Forum » Topic: C19 WMD en Wed, 13 May 2026 02:59:57 +0000 http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/topic.php?id=3627#post-37975 Fri, 12 Aug 2011 19:47:06 +0000 custard 37975@http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/ <p>C19 WMD or the weapon of mass destruction as I saw him<br /> a Vauxhall Agila (?) in blue</p> <p>I was heading home along slateford road into town<br /> there were 2 double decker buses at the Caly brewery stop and traffic coming the other way. so nobody passing</p> <p>the 2 buses pulled away and I kept pace with WMD behind<br /> As we neared the lights on Harrison road/Ardmillan the two buses indicated to left (red light)<br /> the buses left space in the left lane for me,but I held back since i could see they were going left and I was going straight on</p> <p>It was then WMD decided to launch his attack<br /> he indicated right and went into the wrong side of the road.<br /> cars coming down Harrsion road and round the left filter were met head on with WMD<br /> one of the buses had to pull over to let him in a bit<br /> much horns sounding<br /> As the lights changed the buses went left and WMd launched himself away</p> <p>I then caught up at the next set of lights at Henderson Terrace<br /> there was WMD looking dead ahead<br /> lights changed and WMD launched himself with rev up the hill</p> <p>As I got to the top a luton flat bed type thing decided it was a better idea to cut me off to get on the approach road than give me a few seconds to go the only legal route open to me</p> <p>If you see WMD,give him a wide bearth! </p>
