Two on leads, two not, not paying attention to anything he said and wandering all over the path, at times changing course to always be in my path. First it's cyclists on pavements now it's men with dogs.</p> <p>(The fact that was only one man in an isolated incident doesn't matter. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE.) </p>
