A two hour stay will cost £1; three hours will be £2; and four hours will cost £4. Outwith those times anyone can park there.</p> <p>There have been rumours of this for a while, in Morningside at least, all driven by the local Tory councillor. It seemed like a bit of a crusade for him so he may be partly behind this?</p> <p>A very small number of yellow lines are on the Morningside plan, inc. on Cluny Gardens heading east towards Braid Avenue. That would help to free up the feeder bike lane to the ASL which currently has cars permanently parked on it. </p>
