Gets plenty of witness names and addresses. Stays astonishingly calm. Actually, how does he manage to stay calm? Tells the drivers exactly what they did. Without insulting them. Phones for ambulance, then gets down, takes shoe off, stays down. Takes 10 minutes before the man asks if he is hurt. The woman who drove over the top of him after he had been knocked down stayed in shock that she hadn't noticed him [if I am being generous]. Here come the emergency services now. Some spicy comments on the comments beneath the video on youtube. Initial collision takes your breathe away.
