Or even better, on cycle paths.</p> <p>Noticed today that contractors have dumped a temporary traffic light (with forest of plastic fence around it) right infront of the little ramp up to the pavement at junction of Bruntsfield Place and Leamington Terrace. Fortunately woman had left a car (flashers on, double parked) in the cycle lane so I was already out of the way.
