I don't remember those but I might have to place a bid if they stay at £3.50.

I'd really like to get the Viewmaster set we had - America's Man in Space, John Glenn.

@Its_Me_Knees - oddly it's easier to get a complete set now from eBay than it ever was even then. My granddad used to bring us pocket-fulls of them and we still didn't manage to get the set.

@Tom : world cup coins. Oh yes! Were they from Esso petrol stations, IIRC? I had a full set, which was quite impressive given that we never had a car...

This thread is starting to sound like a Peter Kaye gig.

What were those things which were like pogs (and came in crisps or Yop or something) but which could be joined together into vaguely molecular shapes via notches in their rims?

@kaputnik and DaveC, I had a Hypercolour t-shirt too. I think it turned from dark blue to light blue. I remember the 'Hyper' bit stopped working after lots of washing machine cycles and it became permanently light blue. Most of the time the t-shirts looked like a failed tie-dye experiment.

There was another craze in the 90s where you wore your trainers with the tongues in front of the laces.

Came out of work the other day to find myself parked between two nice Raleigh 3 speeds. The caprice I see there regularly; the other one was red and a slightly older model perhaps?

I'm not sure about a three speed myself (although the Kona Africa bike is_very_ tempting), but the raleigh elegance with 5 speeds looks quite impressive.
