<description>&#60;p&#62;Looks pretty much like a unicycle with a stabiliser! Also, the update loses the rear mounted, 'wraparound' handlebars for a conventional north road style set up. Not sure this improves the design, though probably makes it easier/more conventional to get on the bike.
