Approaching the crossing of Duddingston Road West on the Innocent, schoolkids walking past the crossing. One of whom looks at and acknowledges me, and presses the button on the crossing before I'm there. Only the second time ever it's happened that way round. Or how much time a bike stays parked outdoors maybe? (!)</p> <p>I've fitted to a lot of bikes now so getting worried. Relatively cheap light and seemed to be well designed too. </p> <p>Other thing is to clean battery connections if they are corroded (speaking from not doing that the other night!) But after replacing batteries only managed to successfully turn it on or off about 1 time out of 10 tries. What was really annoying is that quite often other people are able to do so...and other people with the same light saying 'mine works fine'. </p> <p>Feel much less stupid knowing that someone else has same intermittent fault. It has taken me a while to work out what is actually wrong (I thought it was just temperamental when the batteries started to fade) but I am now sure it is the switch. I am even surer now I know someone else is having the same problem. I have such great neighbours!! </p>
