&#60;p&#62;Not enough room/money for universal separate lanes. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Not aware that anyone says CT will 'solve all problems'.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Many Governments over many years &#34;have failed British cyclists&#34; - and, more importantly, people who don't cycle - for whatever reasons.
