'They should be more like Spokes'. </p> <p>One person's complaint is another person's rational (or not) argument. </p> <p>Spokes has been amazingly successful over the years, but I'm sure it wasn't just a case of 'you're doing so well, here are a few ideas of how things could be even better'.</p> <p>Effecting changing is a complex business - with no set rules. </p> <p>I suspect the 'authorities' in Switzerland are used to listening to people more... </p>
