3. The Hootsmon has decided all these comments are too much hassle and has abandoned reader comments entirely.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We shall see, eh?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I note they're much keener now on online polls, where they get to control the agenda more closely. So perhaps it is 3. above...
