These are passed on to Police forces who are interested. As I recall it was from another forum but contained prompts for all the relevant bits to make up a complete report - the idea being that it aided the police, thus making following up on it as easy as possible.</p> <p>Needless to say, I now can't find it, after being endangered by a driver who was busy texting as well as driving...</p> <p>Robert </p>
