This was agreed with local commmunity reps and the city council. That is the main floods. That said, there is an ambient light on each of the four columns that switches on as the main floods switch off. These remain on until sun up. This is of course for the safety of the skaters, bmxers and scooter riders.In addition, the ambient lights were needed to ensure that the CCTV could monitor the park after lights out. At home with the folks and I chanced upon those tubes you use when at the golf practice range to pick them all up.
