If it cooncides with a day when I am in, I always take them up on it. Everything works smoother and they also highlight any larger issues that may need looking at. Once I took them up on a bigger issue (can't recall what it is now) - they collected, but I ended up going to their office near Roseburn as I could recover the bike a bit earlier. Did a basic service to a good level. Picked bike up in the van of an evening and returned next day. All good.
