The council is too scared or broke or whatever to put up the cash to actually redesign streets to reduce speed and increase safety, but they will pay lip service by designating some streets that are already de-facto c. 20mph zones thanks to being narrow already by sticking up a few signs. Even though our own Police have already said they can't or won't enforce them...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;20kph is too slow for narrow streets. Us cyclists would always be getting stuck behind cars! (More often than we already do...)
