&#60;p&#62;A US lawyer has produced an accident report card (advertising his services of course), which includes a pictorial summary of their Highway Code regarding cyclists.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've often thought that a driver's primer on the Highway Code would be a good idea (but can't draw for toffee!) - instead of berating a driver, simply slip a summary of the Code under their nearside windscreen wiper on the way past...&#60;/p&#62;
