Especially scary when it is a big van or lorry<br /> as it is I have worked out the timing so I can set off from the lights changing to green from Harrison Road, coast down slowly dabbing the brake (n almost instinctive number of times) watch the traffic heading from Henderson Ter to Murieston wait to get their go time as the lights change and then use my speed to pas the stationary traffic on the right and get onto Dalry before they get moving. On the way to work there are a series of inter-surface-deposition-section ruts past which I have to pick a side. Going on the left puts me too close to parked cars whilst to the right puts me in that special position which enrages idiots as it looks too obstinate. What <em>one</em> change would make your commute safer?</p> <p>For me it would be removing all parking from the bridges to south clerk street. There should be plenty of room to keep away from everyone but there is always someone parked there. Main culprits are the bottleneck at crosscauswayside as you come into town and the festival theater which *always* has something outside it.</p> <p>over to you! </p>
