Pull up ahead of taxi at red. I know driver can see me. Further evidence of this is him edging taxi forward. He guns away from lights alongside me then signals left and cuts across down Candlemaker. He then gives me a cheery finger as he goes down the hill. Another victory for moronic driving. Probably not as careful in his own car.! </p>
