I think if it was anything else you completely cut out casual cyclists filling in the form (maybe from a qr code on a lamppost? Who knows!) </p> <p>So the form could be trolled. But I'd have thought they'd be much more likely to log in to CCE and post visible abuse. If they submit nonsense via the form it should be easy to spot and I'll just delete the row in the spreadsheet. The only way I wouldn't spot it is if it looked like a genuine incident, and then they're harming their own case. Still a skewed sample but with more rigour.
