There are huge manhole covers which have a 'moat' round them 4 inches deep and &gt;6 inches wide in places. Queenstreet will be next as all traffic is being routed along it. They could open Moray Place and route cars along Heriot Row very easily. Sadly too many expensive houses and owners who would complain.
