However he did comment on the disparity between the 1% cycling funding and the 10% modal share target, saying he'd like to see the funding up nearer the 10% mark. The cycling scotland guy seemed to have no agenda, no lobbying, rather lame. Not a bad wee programme segment, if I'm honest. Quick opinions from Alison Johnstone, Gordon Mackenzie and Ian Maxwell in the VT feature. Fairly balanced. Guy from Cycling Scotland was quite good in the discussion afterwards, as was the cycling blogger. Mentioned that cycling was an Alpha Male activity. Cycle lanes are poorly designed if at all.
