There is an insane amount of data on the movements of the bikes between docking points, so chasing and fining casual users would produce a huge amount of real data on the effect.</p> <p>I thought of a smart idea, that they could have the bikes unlock only if you also presented an RFID tag which they could sell you to keep on your (well fitting, EN-approved and up to date, or you can't buy a tag) helmet.
