<p><em>I'll maybe leave a note and if no reply<br />
pass on the details to the Bike Station<br />
has SPDs,so it was someones decent bike at some point</em></p>
<p>well its looks like all its not lost.<br />
I saw the bike today has now gained a rear wheel.<br />
still missing a front ,but looks like its going to live

<p>Aw that's a really nice wee bike. I would have grabbed it for the kids.

<p>I like the way spds make a bike "decent"<br />
I would contact Bike Station first - don't put a note on it yourself - I presume they have a note that is written in Legalese

<p>protocol is someone still owns them<br />
policee will only take action if it is causing an abstruction and there have been numerous complaints<br />
I spoke to the bike station about the vast number of pigeon guano encrusted bikes that have been locked in our communal garage for over 10 years - they said they will leave a note for a month then collect the bike with a big saw. which reminds me...

<p>what is the protocol for abandoned bikes?<br />
I see a bike locked up near the innocent<br />
been there for months (used to have a rain cover)<br />
now I see it is missing the cover and wheels!<br />
so whats the deal? leave a note to see if anyone still owns it?<br />
seems a waste to leave it to die on a lamp post

<p>Just spotted this intersting looking child's cruiser-type bike dumped by a bin at junction of Argyle Place and Roseneath Street. Looks at first glance in good nick, just needs some TLC, minor spanner-works and a saddle?
