Some of you might have picked up the remarks of the Chairman of Addison Lee who seems to be trying to compete with Michael O'Leary for the PR bad boy prize. See http://cyclelondoncity.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/if-addisonlee-wasnt-worrying-you-before.html

Some of Mr Griffin's earlier actions speak volumes, with a barely concealed political donation apparently linked to his desire to get his 4000 vehicles using bus lanes in London.

London cyclists know to be very wary of the black Ford Galaxies, and their Addison Lee logo on the rear window, the driving standards for some cabs are on a par with the worst construction site HGV's

Still tonight's short ride in to town provide 2 gems - both from LPH cars. I had to anchor up sharply when the car in the outside lane I was following to pass left turning traffic slammed on the brakes and forced its way to a left turn, and just 300 yards along the street another PH was in the outside lane with a left turn indicator going at least that gave me the warning to pull up on his offside, and observe the fun as he in turn forced in to the left turning traffic
