The site is right next to where Vat69 distillery would have been and includes part of the railway line that would have shipped the stuff away. It seemed like too good a punning opportunity to pass up. Didn't want an X in the name either...<br /> The project is still in the early stages and is/will be almost entirely volunteer built. This is the first phase of the project that will hopefully, and eventually, see a series of single track, jumps line and skills loop on a woodland site immediately to the back of Port Edgar marina.</p> <p>The pump track is not yet the finished article and still needs some tweaking to get it riding sweetly.<br /> I am interested to hear feedback from anyone who has ridden or wants to ride it on what improvements are necessary.</p> <p>We hold regular volunteer work sessions and the next few will be on fettling the pump track itself.
