I bought this earlier in the year and it was working fine,Since then google updated it's maps which needed a software download to get working again, then I got a new laptop.(still working after transferring file from old laptop). When I got back from pop28, I tried to download the log only to be asked for the key! Needless to say I have no idea where the cd has disappeared to now, and Holux's website advises taking picture of device and e-mailing to tech support for new key. Unfortunately I never bothered to register the device originally and cannot find how to e-mail them. Anyone got a key they are willing to share?<br /> Cheers! </p>
