<description>&#60;p&#62;I've cycled Regents Canal a few times. I prefer the Union Canal, except under the bridges, where surface is better on the former.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You really do have to go slow on Regents, it's very busy foot and cycle-wise and very narrow in places, unlike the Union Canal there's a lack of nice grass shoulders on either side of the path, for large sections it's brick wall on one side and canal on your other.
