The fish man of saughton had also invented a simulated monsoon season where he gradually reduced the water in the tank and turned the heat up then eventually filled it all back up in a oner causing the fish to breed rapidly. It was still fresh enough to be beading water last Friday. Heading towards Edinburgh it was a rude awakening to discover it stopped with the cobbles and mud as soon as the CEC boundary was reached.</em></p> <p>I assume this was a combination of Scottish Canals, West Lothian Council and Sustrans.
