Campsite, Nature Reserve and huts for hire are there. All good fun, and the river looks low. You should plan to get wet hubs quite often and might have to make sure you dry out bearings and re-oil/grease things. The road surfaces are made from volcanic pulverised lava. There are still not many tarmac roads except near towns. Though both wheels had to come off to get it to fit.<br /> Now a bit concerned as to how we'll get it from the airport into Reykjavik, and yes-what food we'll source apart from fish.
