If they hook the stand on the lower side so the stand hangs upside down then the liquid would require the stand to be tipped up manually to get rid of the liquid in the tube. That extra manual handling at the time of Galvanising might add to the expense, and perhaps its to let excess liquid drain off with minimal manual handling during the (henry Ford) production line process.</p> <p>I would just ignore it myself.
