If they are not visible without a yellow tabard, the advertising billboards are working!! Also things have four wheels weighted to have a low centre of gravity so how likely are the riders to fall over??</p> <p>It is just the usual knee jerk it's got pedals, must dangerous, must wear Hi-Viz and helmet. There are a couple of versions, still to be finalised, but they avoid buzzwords like 'health' and 'environment' and 'cycling', and have a picture of a cyclist in 'normal' clothes and not wearing a helmet.
