WABA and the DC Department of Transportation want you to ride safely! This guide is designed to inform both cyclists and law enforcement officers of the rights and responsibilites of cycling on DC streets.  &#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;Edinburgh/Scotland/UK has universal rules (see Highway Code), unlike American states. Sometimes &#34;and law enforcement officers&#34; might be relevant though!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Maybe Spokes, CEC and L&#38;amp;BP could do something similar to hand out to 'students'.
