&#60;p&#62;I remember forecasting some time ago that we'd probably only get decent cycling infrastructure after London had it, and London would only get it after American cities had it.  Looks like the first stage in that process is in full swing!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;And quite apart from that cynical little theory, I'm really happy for them.
