Works OK; double-tap to re-flow the tread dumps the side bars and flip to landscape to post seems to be a reasonable approach. Might not be so good it you don't have a keypad though. BUT it can/usually does work if you know what you are looking for and understand its quirks. Something like the Spotted thread is probably there - but several pages down as (I think) it lists according to date started, rather than recently posted on. HOWEVER things improve if you use Advanced Search. If you narrow search to past week it comes up. There is an option for 'title only' which found other threads with "spotted" but not the main one! I also find that if you untick "exact words" it finds things even if the words searched for are correct - and in the right order! As for "Wildlife Highlights" unfortunately it's not smart enough to know that you are really looking for "Wildlife Highlight". It does find "wildlife hig" even "ife hig"! I agree with Min - its summer, it always quietens down on forums. I got a new job at work a couple of months ago, and have been drowning in meetings/deadlines/extra hours - can hardly keep up with the family let alone forums/twitter. Edinburgh cyclists need this forum, IMO, as many 'other' bike forums are very london centric. However, I see it a bit like local shops - i.e. use it or lose it. This hiatus will pass, and come the dark days of winter, all will be well again.
