This morning I was cycling down towards Cramond Brig when I saw a cyclist changing a tube. As always I slowed and offered help. He said he was ok and thanked me, but he didn't instsist he was fine a show me away as some blokes do - bravado? I stayed with him and helped him change his tube - tidying up his old tube and checking for a rim trapped tube whilst he got his cartrage inflator ready. I also helped pump up his tyre after his cartridge inflator didn't quite fill his tyre.

Hopefully this thread will act as a place where we can share our good deeds for the day, and perhaps encourage others to help out people in need whether cyclists or not.
