&#60;p&#62;I think pavement cycling only really happens (in a problematic way) in and around the city centre. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I.e. (justifiable) complaints where there are a lot of pedestrians and/or tenement entrances. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;There aren't too many RLs to J in EL.

&#60;p&#62;Road Traffic General:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Use of mobile phone’s whilst driving. (East Linton areas)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Continue with Pro Laser checks at Queens Road, Spott Road, Belhaven Road Dunbar. Edinburgh Road West Barns. Preston Road, Haddington Road East Linton.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Monitor Zebra Crossings at Westport &#38;amp; High Street, Dunbar in response to complaints received.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Environmental Issues:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;John Muir Country Park, East Beach, Lochend Woods and other areas youths known to congregate and indulge in underage drinking.&#60;/p&#62;
