About Culture Kitchen Relay The Hidden Gardens in Glasgow is joining forces with The Fife Diet to create a unique recipe relay around Scotland this August in the lead up to Blasda – Scotland’s Local Food Feast on Saturday 15 September. Clem Sandison (artist, grower and Creative Producer of Culture Kitchen) will be teaming up with Najma Anwar (fabulous cook and volunteer with the Hidden Gardens Cultural Cookery Group) and Kathryn VandenBerg (community gardener and co-ordinator of Sow And Grow Everywhere) to embark upon an epic 14 day road trip around Scotland passing recipes from one community to another.
