<description>&#60;p&#62;Just emailed my MSPs, and the transport, health and environment bods.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What with the Committee above saying that robust political leadership was required and criticising the buck passing (my inference), I thought Holyrood could do with a bit of a poke too - they've also passed the buck down to the locals...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Oh, and the Lancet and environment reports just show why we need everyday cycling, so they'd better engineer for cycling as subjectively safe transport!&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;Yes well, not much sign of that at Government level (Westminster or Holyrood). &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In Edinburgh there is a real &#60;em&#62;possibility&#60;/em&#62; of something significant (in a 'good example' sense) being done with &#60;a href=&#34;http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/topic.php?id=7633&#34;&#62;Leith Walk&#60;/a&#62;. There is genuinely a lot of local support for something more pedestrian (and cycle) friendly.
