It was dark, so my videos aren't great, but at the Relugas Road junction, at the bottom of Ratcliffe Terrace (where the bike lane swings out) and at the top of Ratcliffe Terrace (where the bike lane returns to the kerb), the fractions of drivers blatantly entering the bike lane were at least 30, 50 and 40% respectively. Those are incredibly conservative estimates, due to my camera not being great in the dark. The rumble strip or similar is a good idea too.
