London achieved 'sufficient' in most categories, while Lyon's Vélo'v was the clear winner.</p> <p>The schemes are scored in various categories:</p> <p>i) accessibility<br /> ii) information<br /> iii) handling<br /> iv) bicycles</p> <p>and weighted to give an overall rating for each city.</p> <p>Interestingly, Belgium, Germany and France all generally performed best, while the Netherlands performed worst!
