I'm trying to figure out where on earth "Blackford / Nether Liberton" is, as it's not explained anywhere on the council's documents. As far as I can figure out from random internet sites, Blackford and Nether Liberton are kind of in opposite directions from my flat (which is off Mayfield Road, near West Savile Terrace) so I <em>might</em> live there and not know it, but I've never heard the area being called by that name before, so maybe not.
