He asked me for help - complained of chest pains and sore arms and mentioned he had previously suffered a heart attack. Called 999 for him and within a few minutes a paramedic arrived to check this chap out . Ambulance was on its way and I hope that everything ends up okay for this guy. I wish I has exchanged numbers with him to find out . </p> <p>Just struck me what a spirit of kinship there is between cyclists that I cannot identify with outside cycling.</p> <p>Quite a morning - I just hope everything works out okay for Mike. </p>
