Hi Bruce - welcome to the forum (sorry I can't help on this query, I've got full length guards fitted to my road bike).

Thanks all, I am usually on the path at Murrayfield End at about 7:15ish

@amir I have a Allez and I think I need the ones that have the metal drop in them to bypass the brake area.

Anyone know if these fit?

Hi Bruce and welcome.

I like race blades for the ease and speed of fitting. So they are perfect for my best bike. However if I wanted better coverage and didn't mind leaving the mudguards on, i go for something like the crud racers. If you have clearance you could get proper mudguards.

Hi Bruce. I cycle through Granton once a week or so. Wave at other cyclists, it may be one of us.

Afternoon all, I stumbled across this forum whilst looking for a review of the SKS raceblades.

Decided to register and say "Hello".

I am mostly found on the Roseburn path after cycling from the south of the city through Polwarth and then onto Granton. Mostly on the MTB but on a nice day like today the road bike comes out so I am over the road.
