Metcheck has morning commute at Easterly 21 to 33mph getting up to 26 to 41mph for home commute and then up to 54mph overnight to Tuesday. I think this Autumn/Winter will be a very interesting guide to how much commute patterns have changed + any 'Olympic Effect'.
