<description>&#60;p&#62;primary v secondary positions. I am in car.&#60;br /&#62;
Well done to the roady today, this afternoon , going up the quarry brae, in my village of brightons,at a suitable position i decide to overtake said roadster, all ok, completely on opposite carraigeway I am observing well, when out of a side entrance pops mr and mrs !Blethering instead of watching traffic, front wheel stops at kerb , leaving a good bit of mercedes car in thye cyclists face! He quickly assesed the situation, ie he looked at me, realised he had space and swerved at me,plenty of room, no dramas, except for mr and mrs who had shocked looks on face as two vehicles just appeared before them !!
