They do not. The factsheet says that at least 20% of cycle parking is for non-standard cycles; this plan has 10%.</p> <p>Spokes reviews the cycle parking in planning applications which are on Development Management committee agendas. This provision will be supplemented by additional covered cycle racking for staff within the building at ground floor level."</p> <p>The Sheffield racks are indeed shown in the drawings of the proposals.
